  • Executive Coaching: A partnership between a certified coach and an individual that encourages positive behavioural change both professionally and personally. Packages start at 8 sessions, each session is 60 minutes and completed virtually.
  • Group Coaching: Unlock both individual and collective challenges by tapping into the collective wisdom of the peer group and discovering new leader-empowered solutions. Sessions are facilitated as a group and can be delivered onsite or virtually.
  • Systemic Coaching: A blend of working with both individuals and teams simultaneously while utilizing collaboration as a foundation to focus on all parts of an organization. Typically involves one session with the entire group, followed by five individual coaching sessions for each member, repeated until the desired outcome is achieved.
  • Narrative 360: Provides detailed insights and real-life examples, fostering trust. This involves meeting with selected individuals, gathering anonymous feedback, identifying themes, and delivering them with a coach approach. An action plan is then created and used for ongoing professional development through coaching.
